In this episode of Resist and Reboot, we speak with Apar Gupta, the Executive Director of the Internet Freedom Foundation (IFF) in India.

Apar discusses the origins of the organisation as an entity that grew out of the Save the Internet campaign, he discusses the kind of work that they do from strategic litigation to public campaigns, and also talks about how their work has changed on account of the COVID-19 pandemic.

In this episode Apar discusses projects conducted by IFF including Project Panoptic and the Zombie Tracker, and the ways in which the projects were conceptualised and designed. Apar speaks of the importance of building through collaboration, and how working in the digital rights space requires diverse expertise.
